02Questions
Common questions
Will it look the same as in my app?
Very close. Fonts the document uses but doesn't include are replaced with metric-compatible ones (for example Carlito for Calibri), so lines break in the same places.
Are my files sent to another company for conversion?
No. Conversion runs on our own servers, without any outside conversion service. If you don't sign in, files are deleted after an hour; once you sign in to download, they stay in Documents until you delete them.
