Compress PDFs small enough to send.
Compression merges duplicate fonts and images, packs the file tighter and, at the stronger levels, lowers the resolution of large photos. Text and drawings stay sharp. The new size is shown before you download, so you can compare.

02Questions
Common questions
Will my text get blurry?
No. Text and vector drawings are never re-rendered; only photos are resampled, and only at Balanced and Strong.
How much smaller will it get?
Scans and photo-heavy PDFs often shrink by half or more. Text-only PDFs are usually small already and change less.
Can I compress to an exact size, like 200 KB?
There's no target-size setting. Try Balanced, then Strong; the new size is shown before you download. If it's still too big, delete pages you don't need or split the file.
